But which county in the immediate listening area has the highest percentage of residents carrying firearms with permits? That goes to Roane County with 13.7 percent, followed by Loudon with 12.9, Fentress at 12.8, Cumberland at 12.7, Morgan with 12.5, White and Pickett came in at 11 percent and Rhea, Bledsoe and Putnam counties checked in at 10 percent.
