Officials with the Cumberland County Central Communications Committee will be looking at six candidates to fill the position of E-911 dispatch director. The applicants include interim director Angela Petrie, former Crossville interim police chief Rod Shoap, Michael Depoortee, Richard Holt, Misty Swaggart, and Christopher Cord. All of the candidates are from Crossville with the exception of Cord who is from Georgetown, Kentucky. The interview process is scheduled to begin November 16. The director position became open when the Committee terminated Mike Blackwood.
