The Roane County Sheriff’s Department continues to investigate the death of a young man. According to Roane County Sheriff Jack Stockton, the body of 19-year-old Noah Kellogg of Kingston was found in a ditch along Bowman Bend Road in the Midtown area early yesterday morning (Monday, September 25, 2017). Kellogg was found with a laceration to the throat. At this time there is no motive to Kellogg’s death.
