Harriman Police, along with officials from Norfolk Southern Railroad, continue to investigate the report of a man allegedly struck by a train Friday. Officers were called to the RR crossing at Webster Pike Friday afternoon. Upon their arrival, they discovered a deceased male just off the tracks near the RR trestle. The victim was later identified as Tommy Northern of Harriman. They say that the name has not officially been confirmed as yet.
