INVESTIGATOR: CHRISTIAN ROAD MOBILE HOME FIRE INTENTIONALLY SET

A mobile home fire that happened in Cumberland County earlier this month appears to be arson. On October 2, firefighters arrived at the scene on Christian Road to find a 1994 Fleetwood double wide 50 percent involved. County Fire Chief Trevor Kerley told 105.7 News the day of the fire there was no power or utilities running into the unoccupied home. In a follow-up report released this morning, Investigator Scott Griffin with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department says the fire appears to have been intentionally set.
