Crossville police responded yesterday to the 100 block of Buchanan Street for items stolen from inside four vehicles.

The incident report states the thefts involved a Toyota Tacoma, a Chevy Camaro, and two Toyota 4Runners parked on the side of the road.

The owner told police the doors to the vehicles were all unlocked.

Police say taken in the incident included a variety of tools, a large suitcase with clothes inside, a stereo, and red and black floor mats.

The value of the items was nearly $900.

No suspects were named in the theft report.
