Funeral Services for James Edward Carter, Sr., age 59, will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Woody Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:00 to 1:00 PM. Survivors: Son – James E. Carter, Jr.; Daughter – Brandalyn (Jason) Lancaster; 5 Grandchildren; and Sisters – Kathy Sells, Marth Barnett, & Donna Barnett.
