Funeral services for James Edward Noe, Sr., age 71, of Crossville will be held Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 3 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville. Visitation will be prior to the service from noon to 3 PM. Survivors include his wife: Sandra Noe; sons: James Edward Noe, Jr., Jeremy Noe, and Michael Delgado; grandchildren: Michael W. Delgado, Brandon Delgado, Tracy Noe, Samantha Delgado, and Nicole Blanc; great-grandson: Drew Delgado; and sister: Glenda Beam.
