An Anderson County man faces a charge of attempted first-degree murder and domestic assault. Court documents show 57-year-old Sidney Bruce Jarvis grabbed a woman by the neck, threw her out of a shower and discharged a firearm at her at least three times. The incident was reported at a residence on Blockhouse Valley Road. Jarvis is scheduled to appear in Anderson County General Sessions court tomorrow afternoon (Monday, August 20, 2018).
