JIMMY HASLAM CALLED TO COURT FOR PILOT/FLYING J LAWSUIT DEPOSITION
The CEO of Pilot/Flying J will be back in the courtroom. Jimmy Haslam, brother of Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam, received a subpoena to appear in a videotaped deposition in a civil lawsuit against the truck stop franchise. The subpoena is for a Dec. 13 court date in Knoxville. The lawsuit was filed by one of numerous companies that declined to accept part of an $85 million settlement between the company and 5500 trucking companies that were cheated out of discounts and rebates originally promised by Pilot.
