JONES AND ADAMS ARRESTED ON METH CHARGE
Two individuals are facing drug charges in Cumberland County. A deputy stopped a vehicle driven by 45-year-old Melody Jo Jones of Crossville on Plateau Road for following a car too close. Jones was later charged with felony possession of meth, resisting arrest and tampering with evidence. In a separate incident, officers stopped a Dodge truck Saturday on Highway 70 West for a traffic violation. The report states two bags of meth was found in the sock of 51-year-old Henry Boyd Adams of Pleasant Hill. Adams was arrested for manufacture, sale and delivery of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
