Michael Kerley was indicted by a Cumberland County Grand Jury for an incident involving the overdose death of an individual.

The TBI assisted in the investigation and charged him with manufacture; delivery and sell of methamphetamine and second-degree murder for the overdose death.

The names will be released Tuesday along with a full press release.
