Cumberland County authorities reportedly observed a vehicle last night driven by 20-year-old Eric Eugene Kilby of Harriman crossing over the center line on Westel Road and sped off when law enforcement attempted to stop him. A pursuit started traveling at a high rate of speed lasting for 2 miles before Kilby left the roadway causing an accident. Kilby was charged with felony evading arrest.
