Law enforcement in Cumberland County went to the scene of a vehicle crash yesterday on Washington Street involving a suspect in a previous physical altercation. The arrest report indicates 44-year-old Scott Charles King pushed a female victim then his hands ended up around her throat. King was charged with felony aggravated assault by strangulation. He was processed into the jail and bond was initially set at $10,000.
