KISER AND RHEA ARRESTED FOR METH MANUFACTURING, SALE AND DELIVERY

Two men are facing drug charges in Cumberland County after traffic stops Saturday. Officers pulled over a Jeep driven by Gareth Edward Kiser of Crossville because he had an outstanding warrant. A search supposedly turned up eight bags of meth, digital scales and more than $1,000 in cash. In another incident, a vehicle with 54-year-old Wallace Jewell Rhea inside traveling on Highway 70 West was stopped for a registration violation. A consent search produced two bags of meth. Both Rhea and Kiser were charged with manufacture, sale and delivery of meth.
