KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) — A Knoxville man was arrested for indecent exposure with victims under 13 on Tuesday after a report says he was standing naked in his yard.  When officers arrived on the scene at 4:52 p.m. Tuesday, a mother told officers that her daughter saw their neighbor, Lindsay Stevens, standing naked in his yard.

The daughter told her mother she was picking up her friends from the bus stop when she yelled at Stevens to put clothes on and asked if he knew that kids were around. She told officers that Stevens responded by saying, “Yeah, and I love it.”  Stevens told officers he was standing outside in a red thong.

Police say Stevens has two prior convictions of indecent exposure.  A citation was not issued because a third offense of indecent exposure is considered a Class E felony.
