A Knoxville man is facing charges following a traffic stop for speeding on Northside Court in Crossville. A check of the driver’s license of 28-year-old Pablo Juan Guillermo revealed a suspended status as well as no insurance. Police observed five kids all under the age of 8 inside the car with no car seats or seat belts on. The children were released to a family member. Guillermo was charged with reckless driving and taken to jail.
