The Crossville City Council received the latest monthly report (August 2018) from the police department. It states officers made 116 arrests, took 8 juveniles into custody and wrote 82 citations last month. Of the offenses noted, 12 were fraud incidents followed by thefts, shoplifting and vandalism. Officers also responded to 99 accidents. The Crossville Fire Department responded to two structure fires and 22 accidents.
