Up until a few weeks ago, 17-year-old Billy Wyatt, Jr. was a normal, active, healthy teenager. Then he was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

His mom, Samantha Wyatt has also been battling multiple myeloma and has put taking care of her own health issues on hold to focus on her son’s treatment.

Travel expenses and bills are piling up, and medical procedures mean time away from home and family is taking its toll on both of them.

A family friend has established a GoFundMe campaign in an effort to raise $5,000 for Billy’s expenses. According to the page description, all funds raised will go to travel expenses and to Samantha and Billy.
