LONG-AGO STOLEN GUN RECOVERED IN PAWN SHOP IN CROSSVILLE
Crossville police learned last week a stolen gun had turned up at a local pawn shop. Upon confirming the weapon was indeed the one in question, an officer contacted police in Carmichael, Pennsylvania, who said the Derringer .357 magnum had been stolen in 1989.
The owner has been contacted about the recovery of the pistol.
The gun had been pawned April 25, 2019, by a 51-year-old Crossville woman.
