A Roane County man found guilty three years ago with aiding a runaway was arrested yesterday for solicitation of a minor. Officers say 36-year-old Brendon Seth Luffman was processed into the Roane County jail last night on the charge. Court officials say Luffman was charged in 2015 for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and aiding a runaway. In 2017, the contributing charge was dismissed and Luffman plead guilty to aiding a runaway and received 11 months 29 days on probation. Luffman will appear in Roane County court on the new charge soon.
