On Tuesday, April 16, Roane County will host a large-scale EMS training exercise involving multiple emergency agencies across our region. This critical event will take place at the Roane County Park and is designed to strengthen preparedness and coordination in the event of a mass casualty incident.

This is only a training exercise – there is no cause for public concern. Expect to see emergency vehicles, responders in action, and training simulations in progress throughout the morning. The park will be closed until noon that day to accommodate the training event.
