MAN ARRESTED AFTER WALKING INTO ACTIVE SHOOTER CLASS UNDER INFLUENCE

A Crossville man is facing a charge after reportedly walking into a church under the influence where an active shooter class was being conducted. Cumberland County deputies responded to Mayland Baptist Church where they took 33-year-old Ryan Marshall Halmontaller into custody for public intoxication. According to the report, deputies dealt with Halmontaller in another incident just 24 hours prior to his arrest at the church.
