A man wanted by New York State authorities has been arrested in Crossville. Cumberland County deputies recently went to a business on South Main Street and took 48-year-old Edward Phillip Sprout into custody. New York authorities advised Cumberland County officers they plan to extradite Sprout back to their jurisdiction to face charges. Sprout was transported to the Cumberland County jail.
