The Loudon County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a man in connection with a business burglary. Officers say the incident took place Thursday night (November 23, 2017) at the Red Top Market located at 2112 Highway 11 East In Lenoir City. Deputies arrived on scene and discovered someone had thrown a brick through the front door of the business and gained entry. Deputies had reason to believe the suspect fled into a wooded area behind the business. Sgt Watkins deployed his partner K9 Kane who was able to track and locate 49-year-old Michael Slone. Slone was arrested and charged with burglary and evading arrest.
