A Roane County man is facing charges following a single vehicle accident New Years Eve. According to the accident report released this morning by the Tennessee Highway Patrol, troopers responded to an accident on Hobson Road. Officers learned that 44-year-old Michael Neal of Kingston reportedly fled the scene and the 2012 Lincoln involved smelled strongly of alcohol. Troopers soon found Neal and charged him DUI, leaving the scene of a property damage crash and failure to immediately give notice of a vehicle crash.
