A man was arrested for indecent exposure following an incident at a popular Knoxville book store.

According to police reports, David Allen Drew Via walked down an aisle at McKay’s In Knoxville exposing himself to young girls.

According to the arrest report, a child says the suspect approached her with his pants unzipped and his genitals exposed. The child walked away and informed a family member of the incident. Another mother says Via allegedly tried to approach her daughter before she moved her daughter out of the way.

Police arrived and found Via in one of the aisles with his pants unzipped. Via was taken into custody by Knoxville police.

This is not his first incident of this nature, according to authorities. Via was charged early last year with exposing himself to a 10-year-old girl inside Walmart in Lenoir City where he worked at the time.
