Crossville police went to the parking lot of Vanity Fair Mall Saturday to a report of an intoxicated man passed out in a vehicle. The report states 39-year-old Douglas Jason Queen of Crossville was placed under arrest for public intoxication. However, when officers said they asked Queen to get out of the vehicle, Queen reportedly told them he was going to have another drink first. A struggle ensued and one officer drew his taser and ordered Queen out of the vehicle. Queen got out and was taken to jail.
