MAN ARRESTED IN FEBRUARY WITH OVER 443 GRAMS OF METH HAS HEARING SET FOR MAY 5TH
John Edward Fitzjarrell’s sentencing hearing, originally scheduled shortly after his February 24, 2026 conviction, has been continued and is now set for May 5, 2026.
On that date, he will appear before Criminal Court Judge Gary McKenzie to determine the length and manner of his sentence for the Class A felony possession of 443.5 grams of methamphetamine with intent to sell or deliver and the Class E felony criminal impersonation.
As a Range 1 offender, Fitzjarrell faces 15 to 25 years in prison at 30%.
