MAN ARRESTED ON VANDALISM CHARGE
A Roane County man is facing a charge following a disturbance over this past weekend. Officers went to a residence at the 3000th block of Roane State Highway where 37-year-old JC Charles Coleman of Harriman allegedly took a two by four piece of wood and busted out three double pane windows to the home. The homeowner grabbed a baseball bat and Coleman ran from the scene but fell in a nearby creek. Coleman got up and fled the area. Deputies later arrested Coleman at a Roddy Lane residence. He was charged with felony vandalism and transported to the Roane County jail.
