MAN ARRESTED WITH FOURTH DUI AFTER PREVIOUS VEHICULAR HOMICIDE CHARGE

Crossville, TN-  A city police officer conducted a traffic stop Saturday night after observing the driver of a Jeep Wrangler unable to maintain his lane. The driver was traveling down HWY 127 N and turned left onto Elmore Road when the officer pulled him over in the Walgreens parking lot.

The driver, identified as Brian Albert Lee, age 50, was observed to have red watery eyes and an alcoholic odor. According to the police report, Lee admitted that he had six beers and a couple of shots.

After conducting and failing a Standardized Field Sobriety Test, Mr. Lee allegedly told the officer that he was scared because he had a vehicular homicide due to intoxication and three other driving under the influence charges. He is currently on parole. After the officer read him his Implied Consent Law, Lee refused to sign or cooperate with the officers. City Fire was requested to the scene to complete a blood draw.

Brian Lee was charged with Driving Under the Influence and Implied Consent Law.
