MAN CLAIMS TO BE REAL “CALL OF DUTY” IN CROSSVILLE WALMART DISTURBANCE
Crossville police recently responded to Walmart for a disturbance.
The arrest report states officers encountered 24-year-old Timothy Austin Abston, listed as homeless, sitting on an electric scooter next to the rear bathrooms while drinking a bottle of alcohol mix.
When an employee asked Abston if he paid for it, he reportedly said, “I am the real Call of Duty. I will give you an autograph to cover it.”
When police arrived, they found Abston in the rear bathroom only in his underwear in front of the sinks.
Abston was taken into custody for theft of merchandise. He was charged with disorderly conduct after yelling and cursing while being taken out of the store by police.
