On Saturday, city officers responded to a man sleeping outside of a business. Jeremy Hall was found asleep in the grass outside of Executive Inn off HWY 127 North. When officers made contact with Mr. Hall, he smelled strongly of alcohol and was unable to maintain balance, even while sitting down. When officers asked where he lived, he replied “at the jail”.

He was transported to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Public Intoxication.
