A man who allegedly has been taunting Roane County authorities on social media about raping a child has been indicted by a grand jury following an investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. Court officials say 30-year-old Brian David Gann of West Eblen Street in Rockwood is charged with six counts of rape of a child, aggravated stalking, and three counts each of harassment and retaliation for past actions. According to the indictment, Gann had sexually forced himself on a female under the age of 13 six times in a year and a half period. Gann was transported to the Roane County jail and initially placed under a $75,000 bond.
