A Morgan County man wanted in multiple counties was arrested and charged with shop lifting three pair of socks in Crossville Friday. Officers were called to Rack Room Shoes in the Crossville Outlet Center for a man who stuffed a package of Nike Assorted Socks in the front of his pants and walked out without paying. The man, later identified as Dwayne Wallace Carroll, and another male subject got into a 2013 brown F-150 pickup and drove off. The vehicle was later found at Advanced Spine and Pain on Matherly St. Carroll was found wearing a pair of the socks, while another pair was given to his son. The third pair was found in the truck. Carroll was also found to have outstanding warrants in Cumberland, Anderson and Morgan Counties.
