Loudon County Deputies arrested a man from fleeing a traffic stop early Monday morning. 22-year-old Kavonte J. Carson attempted to flee from officers at a traffic stop at Garnett Hill and Highway 11 shortly after Midnight. Carson had several outstanding warrants from Anderson, Blount and Loudon Counties. He was taken into custody in the Covenant Circle area.
