Crossville police responded this week to a man reportedly breaking into a vehicle in the Rural King parking lot. The arrest report states 45-year-old David Edward Marshall, listed as homeless, entered the unlocked automobile that was not his and removed an item. Marshall was charged with burglary and taken to the Cumberland County jail.
