While serving a pair of outstanding warrants on 24-year-old William Larry Matthews, Cumberland County deputies searched Matthews and found 0.91 gram of meth in his pocket, along with a pipe containing a small amount of marijuana.

Matthews was charged with felony possession of meth, along with the two outstanding warrants; he was placed under $17,500 bond and is due in court Thursday.

The arrest report states Matthews was not charged for the pipe.
