Investigators with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office went to the 1400 block of Plateau Road yesterday for a trespasser. The land owner encountered 47-year-old Daniel Ross McCloud, listed as homeless, who stopped a vehicle there to go urinate behind an abandoned building. Officers allegedly found an eyeglass case in the possession of McCloud reportedly containing 4 small bags each containing what was believed to be meth. He was arrested and taken to jail.
