Brian Keith Medley, age 51, of Crossville, was recently served a failure to appear in court warrant on original charges of sexual battery and domestic assault. Medley was indicted by a Cumberland County grand jury last year for having sexual contact with a woman without her consent and caused bodily injuries to her.
