Funeral services for Michelene Blaylock Norrod, age 92, of Crossville, will be conducted at 11 a.m. central Friday, July 2, 2021, at Goff Funeral Home in Monterey. Interment will follow in Davis Cemetery. She was a 1945 Graduate Of Rickman High School where she earned a teaching certificate and taught school in Overton County. She was a member of Three Forks Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter: Linda Phipps of Crossville; sons: Greg Norrod of Troy, Michigan and Keith Norrod of Ira Township, Michigan; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

in addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Joyce Willard “J.W.” Norrod; and daughter: Jacki Volkenborn.
