Law enforcement in Cumberland County responded to the area of Hyder Ridge Road late today for a missing child.

He was described as a five year old male with blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve gray shirt with a dinosaur on it, blue pants, and paw patrol rain boots.

After a search, the child was located safe.

Sheriff Casey Cox told 3B Media the boy was hiding when he was located.

No further information was released.
