A missing teen from Wartburg was successfully found earlier this week. 14-year-old Bridgett Gordon was discovered safe in West Tennessee Monday. She had been last seen at her home in Morgan County on Dec. 3around 10 PM. According to officials, warrants have been issued for 45-year-old Richard Gilliland, a truck driver from Dyersburg. Gilliland allegedly picked Gordon up on Dec. 3. She has been reportedly traveling and living in Gilliland’s truck. It’s also believed that she traveled through several states with Gilliland. He was on the road when the girl was discovered. Authorities say that Gilliland faces several charges such as statutory rape and other federal charges. Gordon is being interviewed by the FBI and TBI and has not been returned to her home as yet.
