The three-day search for a missing Cumberland County woman ended yesterday (Friday, October 13, 2017) on a positive note. Investigators and medical first responders were called to Liberty Market in Crab Orchard yesterday afternoon where 31-year-old Shanin Leedora Mehle reportedly came into the store requesting assistance. This past Tuesday (October 10, 2017), deputies were dispatched for an abandoned vehicle off of Millstone Mountain Road belonging to Mehle with the driver side window partially down. Her personal property and cellphone were left inside the vehicle. Mehle left the residence that she was staying at approximately 2 PM last Tuesday. Yesterday afternoon, Mehle was reportedly transported to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment of dehydration. No further information was released. A report is expected to be released at a later time regarding the incident.
