The Crossville police Department is currently investigating the runaway of a Juvenile Male;  David Mayse (or Forpahl). The runaway is a 17 yr. old, White Male that ran away from State’s custody on 08/29/2017. The runaway juvenile may be in the Crossville, TN area or the Westel Community area, however he was residing in Murfreesboro, TN and has a Nashville, TN address on his TN state ID.

The juvenile is entered into NCIC as a runaway. Anyone with information on David Mayse/Forpahl is being asked to contact the Crossville Police Department at (931)484-7231, or the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office at (931)484-6176.
