On 1/8/2026, deputies with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kimberly J. Fulmer from Chatsworth, GA. Fulmer was charged with four felony counts of manufacture, sale, and delivery of narcotics including meth, opioids, and marijuana, one felony gun charge, and one charge of simple possession of a controlled substance. Fulmer is being held on a $145,000 bond.

According to Sheriff Hamby, “We make it a priority to fight illegal drugs and will continue to work with the people of Morgan County to keep everyone safe. I am proud that our deputies work as a team, putting the needs of the department and the community first.”

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
