A Pulaski County, Kentucky woman was arrested after officers say one of her children was found tied with zip ties in her room while she was found passed out in a car.

Police say 33-year-old Roxanna Williams was under the influence of drugs when police found her.

Troopers also found another small child walking around outside of the car on Bourbon Road in Somerset. They add there was also another child left alone inside the house.

The three children were taken to the hospital and placed in protective custody.

Williams was taken to the Pulaski County Detention center and charged with DUI, wanton endangerment, assault, criminal abuse, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence and abandonment of a minor.
