Deputies responded to a single vehicle accident last Thursday on Bear Creek Road in Cumberland County close to the Fentress County line. Officers state in their report released today an automobile operated by 18-year-old Deanna E. Zubieta of Crossville lost control in a curve, left the asphalt and struck an embankment. It flipped end over end twice before coming to rest on its top in a ditch. Zubieta was taken to Cumberland Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
