A six-month multi-agency drug investigation dubbed “Operation Freedom Revoked” culminated on July 14 in a widespread sweep across Warren County and surrounding areas, resulting in 25 arrests and over 20 grand jury indictments.

The operation targeted illicit drug sales throughout the region and was conducted jointly by the McMinnville Police Department, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s (TBI) Drug Investigation Division, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the 31st Judicial District Drug Task Force.

The sweep followed indictments handed down by the Warren County Grand Jury on July 10. Officers canvassed the area to execute the arrest warrants, primarily targeting the sale and delivery of Schedule II and III controlled substances, including methamphetamine, oxycodone, hydrocodone, cocaine, and buprenorphine.

Key Arrests and Charges

Twenty-three individuals were taken into custody in connection with the grand jury indictments, with bond amounts set up to $50,000:

• Jeffery Underhill (McMinnville) – 4 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Methamphetamine) | Bond: $50,000

• Justin Hill (Smithville) – 2 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Methamphetamine) | Bond: $40,000

• Johnathan Bond (McMinnville) – 4 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Methamphetamine) | Bond: $25,000

• Becky Davenport (McMinnville) – 2 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Methamphetamine), 2 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule III (Buprenorphine) | Bond: $25,000

• Carol Hobbs (McMinnville) – 4 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Oxycodone) | Bond: $25,000

• Kenneth Knight (McMinnville) – 2 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Methamphetamine) | Bond: $25,000

• Edwin Myers (McMinnville) – 2 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Methamphetamine) | Bond: $25,000

• Jamie Panter (McMinnville) – 2 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Oxycodone), 2 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Cocaine) | Bond: $25,000

• Andrea Satterfield (McMinnville) – 2 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Methamphetamine) | Bond: $25,000

• Leonard Grubbs (McMinnville) – 2 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Hydrocodone), 2 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Oxycodone) | Bond: $20,000

• Ashley Burgess, Rafael Lopez, Robert Davidson, Ashley McNeil, Timothy Tate, Terri Tatum, Rachel Tucker, and Heather Turner were each charged with 2 counts of Sale/Delivery of Schedule II (Methamphetamine) | Bonds: $20,000 each

• Terry Fults, Tabitha Gonzales, Donald Pennington, and Tyson Scott face counts related to the sale of Schedule II narcotics (Hydrocodone or Oxycodone) | Bonds: $15,000 each

In addition to the primary drug indictments, law enforcement arrested two individuals on unrelated charges during the sweep:

• Timothy Gay (McMinnville) – Outstanding Warrant for Violation of Probation/Parole | No Bond

• Dustin McClure (McMinnville) – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia | Bond: $1,000
