A Roane County grand jury indicted 60-year-old Bobby Lee Murray of Harriman on two counts of attempted second degree murder. The case is based on an incident in July of 2014 where Murray allegedly discharged a shotgun at Joshua Brown striking him twice. Court documents state Candace Pickard was with Brown when the act took place.
